Environmental Action Team
At UUFE, we have a newly formed group of people who are passionate about the environment. Working within our Social Justice team, we help protect the planet so that we have clean air, clean water and a healthy community.
We have already started with our own fellowship, where we use china plates and dishes, metal utensils, reusable drinking glasses and cloth napkins. We serve free trade coffee, recycle, and compost our coffee grounds. Please click here for a summary of our goals and objectives.

Partner Organizations
Two years ago, we became a Partner Congregation of the Interfaith Partners for the Chesapeake (IPC). Through our local chapter, Talbot Green Hands, we join with other faith communities working on composting, community gardens, invasive vine removal and other projects for the community at large.
