Order Form
Option 1 – Download the PDF. Print it, fill it out, and postal mail it or hand it in.
Option 2 – Download the Excel file. Fill it out and email it, or print and hand it in.

Orders will be taken through April 15.
Payments
Orders must be pre-paid. Please make payments to UUFE by check or money order. Payment should be received by April 19.
Plants will be available for pickup at UUFE on Sunday May 5 only. Please make arrangements to pick up your plants that day, or have a friend pick them up on your behalf. Plant sale is open to UUFE members, friends or affiliates.
Substitutions
If a plant you ordered is not available, a substitution of a similar cultivar or variety will be provided.
