To place images like you see here, add the image to the page and select text-wrap left like this:

Once the image is in place,  drag it so the cursor sticks to the left of the first word in the paragraph with which you want the image to align, like this:

By sizing the image just right and adding enough blank lines between paragraphs to keep the images from overlapping each other, you get the result you see in that page.
