The Lorax + Peace Camp

On June 4th we will celebrate this year of children’s religious education at our annual RE Sunday service. This year, we’ve decided to tell the story of The … Continued

Who Will Be Your Mystery Friend?

One of the coolest and most beloved, inter-generational activities we have here at UUFE is our Mystery Friends event. We match up a RE child or teen with an adult, but we don’t reveal the adult’s identity. Through a series of exchanged, “get to know you letters,” the pair asks questions of one another and … Continued

Our spring youth night … Continued

2016 has started with lots of fun in our RE corner of the world. Here’s what’s been going on for the elementary and youth group folks:     We started the New Year in the RE classroom by sharing our wishes for the coming year. What do we hope to do? (“go hiking!”) Where do … Continued

Frederick Douglass Day 2015

This afternoon it was good to wander the exhibits, hear storytellers, singers and speakers, and of course eat, at Easton’s celebration in honor of Frederick Douglass. Every time I turned around I bumped into congregants from UUFE enjoying the spirit of the day. I’m so grateful to the leaders in Easton who again created an … Continued
